Lady Rosetta

Lady rosetta is a variety that reaches high dry matter levels and low sugar early in the season. It produces very uniform round tubers. It is very popular in Europe, Northern Africa and Middle East. These potatoes have red skin colour, white coloured flesh and round tuber shape and are usually stored under low temperature for the prevention of sprouts and sugar. It has early crop maturity, mealy texture and are ideal for processing chips, French fries, wafers, etc. Apart from this, Lady Rosetta is used in several other Indian and Western dishes.
